According to Forrester Research Retail Sales Forecast, 12/09 (US), only 61% of consumers who cross over from on-line to physical retail experiences are satisfied with their buying experience. Forrester concludes that retailers need to do a better job appealing to online consumers in their physical stores. This is one of the objectives of ShopAlive.
